Best Google Adsense Alternatives For 2013

Saturday, March 30, 2013 | comments

Oh! Your Google Adsense account got banned? I know what it feels right now. You worked hard for your website and to maintain that Adsense account. If you follow my tips on how to survive your Google Adsense account you avoided of being banned.

Most of the bloggers now are banned from Adsense with no reasons given to them by Google. And most of them stops from blogging because of this. But did you know that you can still earn money from blogging without Adsense? Yes! You can earn money without Adsense. But how? Today I'm picking out the best among the best Google Adsense alternatives that will lift your financial needs. Not totally lift but this will give you money like Google Adsense. So let's start.
  1. Infolinks
Infolinks offers in-text advertising. In-text ads are very unobtrusive compared to the rest and they don't eat space because they are displayed as popups when the user hovers over the hyperlink in the text they are anchored to. In-text ads from Infolinks work surprisingly well, though it varies depending on the niche. However, its payout of $50 isn't very nice, if your site(s) are small because you might have to wait for months to reach it.
  2. Chitika
I personally recommend this. Based on my experience this has a good rate. They will pay you via paypal.
Chitika doesn't offer that many types of ads but its main advantage is that the ads it offers are very targeted. The CTR is great because the ads are displayed only when a user comes from a search engine. Its low $10 payout is also good because even if your site is small, or you use only one ad block, most likely you will be getting payments monthly instead of having to wait for them for months.
  3. Kontera
This is also one I recommend. My other friend use this and it give them enough money. They said it has a good pay rate.
Kontera is another in-text network you can consider an alternative to Google Adsense. It is comparable in performance with Infolinks but again, this varies a lot depending on the niche. However, if you are to choose between Kontera and Infolinks, I will definitely pick Infolinks.
  4. BidvertisersBidvertiser is another (mainly) PPC network, though they started offering a conversion bonus. Its payout is also at $10, which means for a small site it is also an option.
  5. AdBrite
This is also a good and I consider one of the best. I used it long time ago but when I discover Chitika I move to it then move to Infolinks. It also gives you an option when you do a payout. They support paypal payment and check payments.
Among these alternative I personally recommend Infolinks and Chtika. If you're going to Infolinks, they have requirements to follow in order for you to become a publisher. If your site did not met it's requirement move to Chitika.

How To Survive Your Adsense Account

What is Google Adsense?
Google AdSense is a program in which enterprises can display Google advertisements on Web sites and earn revenue from hits that generate traffic for the Google search engines.

How does Google Adsense work?
Google Adsense is a service provided to advertisers and publishers. If you choose to be an advertisers you will pay Google for the product you are going to promote. Advertisements will be placed on different websites. If you choose to be a publisher, you will get paid for the ads that are placed in your sites. You will be paid once a viewer click the ads that are placed in your websites.

So if you're already a publisher, how will you survive and prevent your Google Adsense account from being banned?
Surviving and preventing your Adsense account from being banned is not as easy as 1, 2 and 3. If Google detects any malicious clicks from your account Google will instantly ban your account without even asking or giving you warnings. Illegal ad clicking is against the ToS of Google Adsense.

To avoid banning your account your website must have enough visitor per day. Another is maintaining you CTR. It is recommended to have an average of 2-5% Click-Through-Rate. But another question is how to have that Click-Through-Rate? The answer is to have many visitors. You can have a lot of visitors if your site contains good quality contents. Good quality contents will drive all the visitors to your site. Like the other website out there, they have unique and good quality contents.

If you follow all the suggestions given above I assure you that your Google Adsense account are in a good condition. Good luck bloggers.

Youtube Hosted Adsense Content Reporting will be Managed in Youtube Analytics

Tuesday, March 26, 2013 | comments

Google Adsense announced today, March 26, 2013, that YouTube Hosted AdSense for Content reporting will be managed at YouTube Analytics starting April 1, 2013.

Youtube's analytic dashboard looks great and user friendly but I don't personally like it because Youtube's Analytic are 3 days behind compared to Google Adsense Analytic dashboard. We, bloggers and Youtube earners like to keep track of our earnings daily and even hourly, that's out the window now. But I'm hoping that Youtube will update their analytic tracking.

See more information about this changes on the Adsense help page Earnings information in AdSense reports

And also here is the link to YouTube Analytics to view your earnings.
